EC-Declaration of conformity

comply with requirements of

REGULATION (EC) No. 1935/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
(on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food) of 27 October 2004.

We hereby state that the above mentioned fittings with seal materials EPDM (white), NBR (white), silicone (white) and Viton® (white) as well as the utilised stainless steel components – valve discs and shafts made of austenitice, duplex and/or super duplex stainless steel – were submitted to a conformity assessment procedure pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004.

The above mentionend fittings and components comply with the requirements of  REGULATION (EC) No. 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, as well as with the requirements of REGULATION (EC) No. 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practice for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. The listed seal materials were verified according to FDA Requirments Sec. 177.2600 and considered safe for the specified or intended use in compliance with the aforementionend EC Regulation. 

Compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 as well as the issue of Declaration of Compliance with the aforementioned EC Regulation are to be indicated specifically in the order.
